Argyll and Bute Council is committed to improving customer service and increasing the available channels for customers to contact the Council or seek the information they require.

As a result the Council has launched a new free Mobile App, available on all Android and iOS mobile devices.

With the App you can:

1.  Log Street Reports (Potholes and Road Repair, Street Lighting Fault, Dumped Rubbish, Abandoned Vehicles, Graffiti, Anti-Social Behaviour or Street Furniture Damage)

2.  Get the latest Councils News and information about service disruptions
3.  View and take part in consultations
4.  Contact details for your Local Councillor
5.  Link to the mobile friendly version of the Council website
6.  Search for jobs using Universal Jobmatch from JobCentre Plus
7..Access to National services from NHS Scotland, The Money Advice Service and information about Universal Credit

For street reports you can pinpoint the exact location of the issue on a map and upload a photo of the incident:
