Update on Works on the Rest & Be Thankful

Bear Scotland have provided the following update in relation to ongoing works at the Rest and Be Thankful and planned use of the Old Military Road:
"Structural Soils Ltd (SSL) wish to advise stakeholders that the next series of crane lift operations that will require traffic to be diverted from the main A83 onto the Old Military Road are scheduled to take place on Monday 7th, Tuesday 8th, Monday 14th and Tuesday 15th July, subject to weather. As previously, these diversions will be in place between 0800 and 1800 on each day.
Crane operations to date have gone well, with traffic returning to the A83 on, or before 1800 and we will endeavour to ensure the same for these upcoming dates.
Transport Scotland will issue a press release confirming the upcoming diversions on to the Old Military Road in due course."
