Argyll & Bute Housing Needs & Demand (HNDA) - Household Survey

Added at 11:49 on 01 August 2025

Kilmun Community Council has been asked to share the following information with our residents by Argyll & Bute Council regarding the Housing Needs & Demands Household Survey:

"I’m getting in touch regarding the launch of the next phase of Argyll and Bute Housing Need and Demand (HNDA) - Household Survey.

The Council is urging residents of Argyll and Bute to participate in an online survey to help understand the area’s housing needs and neighbourhoods. Conducted by Research Resource on behalf of the Council, the results of the Housing Need and Demand Assessment will help influence future Council decisions on housing investment and policy covering communities in Argyll and Bute.

Research Resource has been contacting random households in the area for feedback over the last few months, both via telephone and in person. However, to gather views from as many households as possible, the survey is now available online to enable more people to participate.

All the information collected in the survey will remain strictly confidential under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and will be used for research and statistical purposes only.

The online survey can be found on the Research Resource website.  The closing date for responses is Friday 22 August 2025.

We would be grateful if you could share details of the survey through your networks, distribution lists, staff, tenants, and social media to highlight the importance of as many households participating as possible.

If you would like to discuss the study or require further information please contact the Council’s Local Housing Strategy Team on localhousingstrategy@argyll-bute.gov.uk

Apologies if you receive this email more than once due to multiple mailing lists used.

Kind regards
